There is only 1 day left before the final voting for the winner of the Fuelfreedom.org video contest is announced. This video was only posted less then 1 week ago and it has about 1500 views. This video was a challenge in a lot of ways such as working with dogs and having no budget. We also only had a couple days to shoot and edit before it was due. This video and the other video submissions is a great example of how you can make powerful informative commercials with little to no budget and time.
Thanks for everyones help sharing and voting for my commercial. I really appreciate the support...
New photos from the last few days of shoot. Only 3 more principle photography days and we will be wrapped. Lots of cold nights and long hours. Thanks to the hard work from my crew, this film is becoming a reality. Tonight we are shooting the driving sequence close ups in the sound stage at Chapman University. More photos to come in a few days!
"Shade of Blue" my thesis film at Chapman University is in the middle of production. Besides a few hurdles we are making our days. This film is about a young man's lifelong dream is to become a working police officer, but his fantasy notion of what a cop is comes into direct conflict with the realities of the job. We are shooting "Shade of Blue" on the Panavision Millennium Super 35mm, 3Perf. Our references for the film are 80's neo noir drama films. We are incorporating high key contrast in most of the scenes. Most of the film is being shot on sticks and a Fisher 10 dolly but some of the more...
“Lemonade” my final film from my first year at Dodge College, Chapman University has been accepted into the 7th Annual SoCal film festival in Huntington beach. The festival takes place from Sept 28-Oct-2.
The summer film "Vitriolage" that I'm shooting is almost finished. We have one more night interior shoot left. The film will take a few months in post production but should come out pretty well. I'm excited to see the finished film and will have a teaser as soon as I can.
Stills taken by Assistant Camera Carlos Mason.

This project was brought to me by Dan McDonald, a fellow student and friend at Dodge College, Chapman University. He was given the project by Director Randal Kleiser (Grease). We interviewed fellow students and friends Ezra Lunel and Jean Barker.
My latest film is almost complete. "Glass" is my first final film that I made for an assignment at Chapman University. The assignment was called a 789. It was supposed to be shot in three parts, 7,8,9.
I shot mine in 2 days and after editing the film together realized I was missing some footage from the end scene. I also was not happy with...
